Wixen breeding steps
-
1. Build a Breeding Farm
A Breeding Farm with Cake in a nearby chest is the whole setup. The 215 parent pairs on this page are the input: check them against your Palbox before you spend Cake on a wild Pal.
-
2. Assign the two parents
Drop one male and one female into the farm, for example Cremis and Icelyn. Which one goes in which slot makes no difference to Wixen. The one exception in the whole table is a single gendered combination.
-
3. Collect and incubate the egg
Collect the egg and incubate it: a Large Scorching Egg is what Wixen arrives in. Nothing about the Large Scorching Egg needs tuning, so leave it running and go set up the next pair for Wixen.
-
4. Repeat for passives
For Wixen the species is settled by the first egg and never moves again. What you reroll by breeding the pair a second time is the passives and the stat growth.
Wixen breeding FAQ
- What are Wixen's breeding combinations?
- Wixen is breedable. The calculator lists 215 valid combinations, including Cremis + Icelyn.
- What is Wixen's breeding rank?
- Wixen sits at breeding rank 2080, around the middle of the 20–3,100 range. The game averages the two parents' hidden ranks as floor((rank A + rank B + 1) / 2) and hatches the breedable Pal nearest that number, which is how the pairs listed below reach Wixen.
- Which base jobs does Wixen cover?
- Its strongest job is kindling at level 3, and it is a standard Pal at Paldeck #78.
- Do cakes affect Wixen breeding results?
- A Cake will not change what Wixen hatches into. The pair decides the species before the egg exists, the egg is a Large Scorching Egg, because of the two ranks rather than the recipe. The advanced cakes move what comes with the hatch instead: how many eggs a run produces, how fast Wixen grows, how likely a passive is to carry over, and how likely a mutation is.
