Guaranteed Passive Skills

Smokie has no guaranteed passive skill: whatever it hatches with is rolled at the egg from its two parents, so the pair you breed is the only thing you control.

Partner Skill

Dig, Dog! Dig!

When activated, uses its sharp sense of smell to detect nearby Chromite. While fighting together, a large amount of Chromite is obtained.

Active Skills

Lv Skill Element Power Cooldown
1 Bog Blast Ground 40 2s
7 Umbral Surge Dark 60 4s
15 Dark Cannon Dark 70 4s
22 Shadow Burst Dark 80 4s
30 Nightmare Ball Dark 300 16s
40 Comet Strike Dragon 180 8s
50 Dark Laser Dark 450 20s

Smokie learns these as it levels up, and none of them is a signature skill, so every one of them can be passed on by breeding.

How to get Smokie

Smokie can be hatched from 260 parent pairs, or caught in the wild between level 30 and 66.

Tip: If Smokie is your target, check the parent list for a pair you already own before farming a new Pal. Pairs you can already make are marked in green.

Smokie FAQ

Is Smokie breedable?
Yes. 260 parent pairs produce Smokie.
Where does Smokie sit in the breeding order?
Its CombiRank is 1760, and on a range that runs 20 to 3,100 that places Smokie around the middle. Ranks are the only thing that decides whether a pair works: the two parents average to floor((rank A + rank B + 1) / 2), and the breedable Pal nearest that average is what hatches.
Is Smokie worth keeping for base work?
Its strongest job is gathering at level 2, and it is a standard Pal at Paldeck #149.
Does a cake change what Smokie eggs hatch into?
No, not for a normal hatch, and Smokie still arrives in a Dark Egg. The species comes from the two parents' ranks, or from the fixed-combination list if the pair is on it, so the Cake you feed them is beside the point for Smokie. Rank 1760 is what decides the child here; the advanced recipes only change what comes with the hatch: egg count, stat growth, passive inheritance, and two of them also improve the mutation roll.
