Dazemu breeding steps

1. 1. Build a Breeding Farm

   Build the farm and stock Cake, because nothing hatches without it. With 679 parent pairs listed here, the cheapest route is usually one of the pairs you already own.

2. 2. Assign the two parents

   Drop one male and one female into the farm, for example Kelpsea and Needoll Noct. Which one goes in which slot makes no difference to Dazemu. The one exception in the whole table is a single gendered combination.

3. 3. Collect and incubate the egg

   Move the egg to an Egg Incubator and wait it out. Dazemu comes in a Large Rocky Egg, whoever its parents were.

4. 4. Repeat for passives

   If the passives are wrong, breed the same pair again. The child stays Dazemu, and the passive skills and stats rolled at the hatch get a fresh roll.

A Cake will not change what Dazemu hatches into. The pair decides the species before the egg exists, the egg is a Large Rocky Egg, because of the two ranks rather than the recipe. The advanced cakes move what comes with the hatch instead: how many eggs a run produces, how fast Dazemu grows, how likely a passive is to carry over, and how likely a mutation is.
