Vixy breeding steps

1. 1. Build a Breeding Farm

   A Breeding Farm with Cake in a nearby chest is the whole setup. The 28 parent pairs on this page are the input: check them against your Palbox before you spend Cake on a wild Pal.

2. 2. Assign the two parents

   Drop one male and one female into the farm, for example Chikipi and Jolthog. Which one goes in which slot makes no difference to Vixy. The one exception in the whole table is a single gendered combination.

3. 3. Collect and incubate the egg

   Pick up the egg and put it in an Egg Incubator. Vixy arrives in a Common Egg, and that egg type comes with the species rather than with the pair.

4. 4. Repeat for passives

   Keep the pair in the farm and the passives reroll from egg to egg; Vixy keeps hatching, only the passives and the stat growth change.

Is Vixy breedable?

Yes. 28 parent pairs produce Vixy, and Chikipi + Jolthog is one of the easiest.

Where does Vixy sit in the breeding order?

Its CombiRank is 3060, and on a range that runs 20 to 3,100 that places Vixy in the upper third. Ranks are the only thing that decides whether a pair works: the two parents average to floor((rank A + rank B + 1) / 2), and the breedable Pal nearest that average is what hatches.

Is Vixy worth keeping for base work?

Its strongest job is gathering at level 1, and it is a standard Pal at Paldeck #6.

Does a cake change what Vixy eggs hatch into?

A Cake will not change what Vixy hatches into. The pair decides the species before the egg exists, the egg is a Common Egg, because of the two ranks rather than the recipe. The advanced cakes move what comes with the hatch instead: how many eggs a run produces, how fast Vixy grows, how likely a passive is to carry over, and how likely a mutation is.
