Ragnahawk breeding steps

1. 1. Build a Breeding Farm

   Place a Breeding Farm at your base and keep Cake in a nearby chest. Cake is the one thing breeding will not start without, and this page already lists 177 parent pairs, so pick the pair you can make today.

2. 2. Assign the two parents

   Drop one male and one female into the farm, for example Ghangler Ignis and Solmora. Which one goes in which slot makes no difference to Ragnahawk. The one exception in the whole table is a single gendered combination.

3. 3. Collect and incubate the egg

   Pick up the egg and put it in an Egg Incubator. Ragnahawk arrives in a Large Scorching Egg, and that egg type comes with the species rather than with the pair.

4. 4. Repeat for passives

   Keep the pair in the farm and the passives reroll from egg to egg; Ragnahawk keeps hatching, only the passives and the stat growth change.

Does a cake change what Ragnahawk eggs hatch into?

The species comes from the two parents' ranks, or from the fixed-combination list if the pair is on it, so the Cake you feed them is beside the point for Ragnahawk. Rank 1050 is what decides the child here; the advanced recipes only change what comes with the hatch: egg count, stat growth, passive inheritance, and two of them also improve the mutation roll.
