Two Paladius are the only pairing

No two different Pals hatch Paladius in Palworld 1.0. It sits outside the rank-average pool and has no fixed special combination. Two Paladius in a Breeding Farm, one male and one female, always produce another one, so the route exists; it just starts with catching both parents. This page lists every pairing that works, which is that single one.

Paladius spawns in the world between level 60 and 60.

Paladius breeding steps

  1. 1. Build a Breeding Farm

Build the farm and stock Cake, because nothing hatches without it. With 1 parent pair listed here, the cheapest route is usually one of the pairs you already own.

  2. 2. Assign the two parents

Drop one male and one female Paladius into the farm; identical parents always breed true.

  3. 3. Collect and incubate the egg

Collect the egg and incubate it: a Huge Common Egg is what Paladius arrives in. Nothing about the Huge Common Egg needs tuning, so leave it running and go set up the next pair for Paladius.

  4. 4. Repeat for passives

Keep the pair in the farm and the passives reroll from egg to egg; Paladius keeps hatching, only the passives and the stat growth change.

Paladius breeding FAQ

Can you breed Paladius in Palworld?
Yes, but only from two of its own species: Paladius sits outside the rank-average pool and has no special combination, so the only pairing that hatches it is Paladius with Paladius, one male and one female. Paladius spawns in the world between level 60 and 60.
What is Paladius's breeding rank?
Rank 180, on a 20–3,100 range: Paladius is in the lower third. Pair it with a Pal ranked near that number and the two ranks average, rounded down, to somewhere the game can hatch Paladius; pair it with something far away and the average lands on a different Pal altogether.
Which base jobs does Paladius cover?
Its strongest job is lumbering at level 6, and it is a high-rarity Pal at Paldeck #198.
Do cakes affect Paladius breeding results?
No, not for a normal hatch, and Paladius still arrives in a Huge Common Egg. The species comes from the two parents' ranks, or from the fixed-combination list if the pair is on it, so the Cake you feed them is beside the point for Paladius. Rank 180 is what decides the child here; the advanced recipes only change what comes with the hatch: egg count, stat growth, passive inheritance, and two of them also improve the mutation roll.
